Mark, co-founding Partner, is an experienced investment and development professional responsible for origination and execution of new investments – including the delivery of business plans across the UK and Northern Europe.
Previously, he has held roles at BlackRock and AXA IM working on the Value Add Fund and Core funds. As a multi-sector specialist, he has delivered value add returns in logistics, data centres, PBSA, PRS and offices across Northern Europe including over 5m sqft of logistics in recent years.
Having extensive investment and development advisory experience across the logistics and industrial sector, Stuart has worked in UK property markets for over 30 years. During this time, he has executed transactions amounting to more than £2.5 billion, including investment, development funding and pre-leasing.
He has previously held executive roles in niche and global advisory businesses. Currently, as executive and proprietary partner at Padrock LLP, Stuart acts for a wide range of institutional and private equity funds, property companies and developers.
Katy has over 15 years experience in the commercial property market and before joining the team in May 2022, Katy held positions as Head of Asset Management and Leasing for Royal Mail and Associate Director in the Corporate Property Solutions team at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Whilst at Royal Mail, Katy’s experience was focussed on generating income and creating value from the 33m sq ft property estate; managing lease events within a c.£100m annual rent roll; and, annually securing an additional industrial footprint of c.2.5m sqft across the UK.
Katy’s client and private sector experience has given her a valuable insight and understanding of the reporting and budgetary requirements of clients.
Katy works with industrial teams across the UK and has provided asset optimisation and transaction management strategies for clients with UK and European property portfolios.
George has been involved with commercial real estate since 2004, originally as a Building Surveyor with a focus on industrial and logistic properties working with a range of investors. His recent experience has been working with a niche firm of advisors working on bringing sites through planning and the development of the technical design. Prior to this, George led the investor client team for the Building and Project Services department at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
George has been involved in excess of 2.5m sqft of industrial and logistics projects. He has extensive knowledge of complicated sites ranging from significant contamination, flood zone development, ecology and third party ownerships. During recent years, George has also worked with a number of investors forming Joint Ventures and other structures and is used to reporting lines. George is as comfortable with dealing with construction contracts as he is with Development Funding Agreements, Agreement to Lease etc and works well with specialist legal advisors.
Sivert joined the Padrock team as an Investment Analyst in February 2024. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), where he graduated in 2018. Sivert started his career as an Investment Analyst within the Real Estate Investments team at The Bank of London & The Middle East where he was underwriting c. £150m of Sharia’ compliant core and core plus real estate investment opportunities across the UK, covering most real estate asset classes.
Sivert has held roles as a Junior Asset Manager at Cheyne Capital Management and Investment Analyst at RE Capital appraising c. £210m of value-add office and residential investment opportunities within the M25, UK. Sivert has structured and advised on real estate credit within the UK market from core to value-add opportunities; structuring and sourcing debt, and advising on equity structure optimisation.
