Padrock acquires, manages, and develops logistics and industrial property across the UK with best-in-class ESG performance. Padrock invests on behalf of institutional investors with in-house management expertise. 

Established in 2021 to create a dedicated investment, asset and development management business, we combine over 70 years of experience. Padrock’s core business plan is to deliver strong risk adjusted returns while driving greater sustainability, which is a key pillar of our business. Padrock currently manages over £200m GDV on behalf of institutional investors of prime last mile logistics space either in development or completed.
