Our ambition is to build better, more sustainable environments for people and planet alike. With our support of UK and EU climate objectives, we deliver eco-friendly places, for a socially and environmentally responsible future.

QUALITY

BREEAM 2018

Our commitment to sustainability ensures that our operations respect the highest codes of practice.

Padrock projects adhere to BREEAM 2018 standards and consistently achieve an "Excellent" rating—a benchmark for cutting-edge green construction methods, demonstrating our track record of consistently producing high-performing assets across the built environment.

EFFICIENCY

EPC

Our developments achieve EPC A+ accreditation, the highest Energy Performance Certification.

Padrock is committed to maintaining the highest standards by delivering industry-leading energy performance through innovative design, smart solutions, and comprehensive monitoring systems.

RESPONSIBILITY

Net Zero Carbon

Our objective is to achieve Net Zero Carbon across our portfolio, and we have a clear plan to achieve it.

Firstly, we've deployed systems to accurately monitor, verify, and report energy efficiency performance/demand during construction and operation. Secondly, our developments will maximise the production, storage, and usage of renewable energy sources such as PV, HVAC, ASHP, and CHP systems. Our detailed Net Zero energy strategy will achieve a better, more environmentally responsible, and more sustainable future.
