Dagenham Logistics Hub is the brownfield regeneration of the former Rexel Energy Solutions site on Rainham Road South, Dagenham which is in the process of being redeveloped into a prime last mile logistcs hub. The site was acquired on behalf of Blackrock in 2022 through a forward funding agreement with Chancery Gate as development partner.

Dagenham Logistics Hub was acquired at a time when there was little new industrial space being delivered in the area.

Planning permission secured in June 2022 and we are working closely with our development partner and contractor, Howard Russell, to deliver the scheme on programme and budget.

The development is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A+ and will deliver at total of 172,000 sq ft of small and mid-box units.
